Town of Drumheller

Drumheller’s old website was not an accurate representation of their unique, exciting community. The website was built on a content management system that made updating content difficult and time consuming for administrators. This limited ability to add and organize content led to frustration for users navigating the website as well. ​​​​Site analytics and results of a stakeholder survey were gathered at project commencement to inform the layout of the homepage and the overall information architecture of the site. The result is a website that speaks to the attractions of the town without overpowering their tourism counterparts. Having recently experienced a rebrand in 2020, the Town of Drumheller was looking for a new website that would not only expand upon this new visual identity but also provide them with municipal features that keep residents in the loop whether they're on their desktop, tablet, or mobile device. All work was completed while employed as Jr. Designer under Box Clever Inc.
